G & L Civil Contracting established a 400A Direct Distributor for our client Roumanos Building Pty Ltd at Rushcutters Bay for the construction of 30 luxury apartments (The Lachlan) on the corner of Bayswater Road and McLachlan Avenue. The installation of reduced cover steel plates was required along the trench route in the footpath and the completion of a road-crossing to install a Link Box into the basement.

The project was successfully managed to ensure it was completed before the due date and within budget.
