A new relatively small industrial building at Lady Penrhyn Drive, Unanderra for our client Metroblock Pty Ltd. G & L Civil Contracting installed a new 1000KVA Padmount Substation and completed the excavation of 150m of trenching in concrete driveway and roadway, installation of 500m of 11KV 240mm AL Cable, replaced existing timber poles and relocated services to new poles including new High Voltage UGOH’s.

The project was successfully managed both internally and with our client to ensure it was completed before the due date and within a $200k budget.
